When David and Gail Rubinfeld first started work on a cluster of cottages in 1991, the buildings sat on a barren strip. Now the block blooms with hibiscus flowers and palm trees. Each cottages room, as well as those in an adjacent inn the couple added 6 years ago, features original artwork by Gail and her late twin sister, Marian Rosenfeld. Don’t stay inside too long- once you leave the room, you get free use of kayaks and canoes. Don’t forget all 20 units have a large private hot tub spa!
