Not to mention an outdoor dining area and chaise lounger. A step up to the front door and you enter into a spacious living room, dinning room and  kitchen area. A separate bedroom with a queen size bed and a set of french doors will lead you back to your private courtyard and hot tub.
We have a full-sized bathtub and shower, another set of sliding doors will lead you to a large deck overlooking little Sarasota bay. An ideal place for your morning coffee or a afternoon cocktail. A large banyan tree hovering over your deck will provide you with a gentle island breeze. A great cottage to unwind as you watch the boats, canoes, kayaks, pelicans, Ospreys, jumping fish, dolphins and manatees. They are all there to entertain you.
